Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within:

• 3–7 business days (domestic)

• 7–14 business days (international)

Tracking

All orders include tracking. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days, contact us.

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Prime Patch is not responsible for:

• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer
